Ian
Ian has been with the Credit Union from the very beginning in 1992 and has seen us expand significantly over the last 30 years. As Manager, Ian takes overall responsibility for running and developing the Credit Union and works closely with our Board of Directors to ensure that we offer the best service and products to all our members.
Loans Officer
Valerie
Valerie is available to help members who may require any additional information or have a query about their loan application. Valerie answers member queries and can provide information on all our products and services.
Senior Recovery Officer
Mandy
Mandy is here to help those members who may be experiencing financial difficulties. It is vital that members contact us before problems escalate out of control and keep us informed so that we can help to resolve issues as they arise.
Loans and Sales Officer
Sophie
Sophie is here to promote the benefits of joining the Credit Union. Working with our employer partners, Sophie aims to help develop services to benefit our members. Sophie is also available to help members who have a query about their loan application.

Steve
Steve has been involved in the credit union for the last 20 years, and has been on the board of directors for the last 2 years. Steve helps Senior Recovery Officer Mandy with debt collection and managing the IVA’s
